1No member may use the Foundation's name, identity, logo, or activities for their own personal, political, or any other interest, or for any activity contrary to the organization's purpose, principles, and ideals.

- 17.1 All voting rights and decision-making authority regarding the formation or election of the Foundation's Governing Body/Board shall be limited exclusively to founding members. No member other than a founding member may vote, nominate candidates, or take part in the final decision on this matter. The election and formation process of the Governing Body shall be carried out solely among founding members.ফাউন্ডেশনের Governing Body/Board গঠন বা নির্বাচন সংক্রান্ত সকল ভোটাধিকার ও সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের ক্ষমতা শুধুমাত্র প্রতিষ্ঠাতা সদস্যদের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে। প্রতিষ্ঠাতা সদস্য ব্যতীত অন্য কোনো সদস্য এ বিষয়ে ভোট প্রদান, প্রার্থী মনোনয়ন বা চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবেন না। Governing Body-এর নির্বাচন ও গঠন প্রক্রিয়া শুধুমাত্র প্রতিষ্ঠাতা সদস্যদের সমন্বয়ে সম্পন্ন হবে।
- 17.2 The term of the Governing Body shall be 3 (three) years. After this term ends, a new Governing Body must be elected or reconstituted according to the prescribed rules.Governing Body-এর মেয়াদ হবে ৩ (তিন) বছর। উক্ত মেয়াদ পূর্ণ হওয়ার পর নির্ধারিত নিয়ম অনুযায়ী নতুন Governing Body নির্বাচন বা পুনর্গঠন করতে হবে।
- 17.3 If a new election cannot be completed on schedule for any reason, the existing Governing Body will continue to serve on a temporary basis until the next Governing Body takes charge.কোনো কারণে নির্ধারিত সময়ে নতুন নির্বাচন সম্পন্ন না হলে, পরবর্তী Governing Body কার্যভার গ্রহণ না করা পর্যন্ত বিদ্যমান Governing Body সাময়িকভাবে দায়িত্ব পালন করে যাবে।
- 17.4 If the activities, conduct, or performance of duty of any Governing Body member is found to be contrary to the organization's purpose and policies and is deemed unsatisfactory, that member may be removed or relieved from their position based on a majority decision of the founding members.Governing Body-এর কোনো সদস্যের কার্যক্রম, দায়িত্ব পালন বা আচরণ সংগঠনের উদ্দেশ্য ও নীতিমালার পরিপন্থী হয় এবং তা অসন্তোষজনক বলে প্রতীয়মান হয়, তবে প্রতিষ্ঠাতা সদস্যদের সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠ সিদ্ধান্তের ভিত্তিতে সংশ্লিষ্ট সদস্যকে তার পদ থেকে অপসারণ বা অব্যাহতি দেওয়া যাবে।
- 17.5 Before any such removal, the member concerned will be given the opportunity to explain their reasons. The decision will be finalized at a special meeting, and the process of appointing or electing a new member to the vacant position will be carried out according to the relevant clause of this policy.এ ধরনের অপসারণের পূর্বে সংশ্লিষ্ট সদস্যকে কারণ ব্যাখ্যা করার সুযোগ দেওয়া হবে। সিদ্ধান্ত একটি বিশেষ সভায় চূড়ান্ত করা হবে এবং শূন্য হওয়া পদে নতুন সদস্য নিয়োগ বা নির্বাচনের প্রক্রিয়া এই নীতিমালার প্রাসঙ্গিক ধারা অনুযায়ী সম্পন্ন হবে।
If any member violates any clause of the above policies, their membership will be considered cancelled as per the organization's decision.
উপরোক্ত নীতিমালার কোনো ধারা কোনো সদস্য লঙ্ঘন করলে, সংগঠনের সিদ্ধান্ত অনুযায়ী তার সদস্যপদ বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।
If any member embezzles the Foundation's funds, donations, or assets, or attempts to conceal/hide them, the organization may take any appropriate decision against them. In such a case, the member concerned will be compelled to return the entire embezzled amount in full, and their membership will be immediately considered cancelled.
কোনো সদস্য ফাউন্ডেশনের অর্থ, অনুদান বা সম্পদ আত্মসাৎ করেন বা তা গোপন/লুকানোর চেষ্টা করেন, তবে সংগঠন তার বিরুদ্ধে যথোপযুক্ত যেকোনো সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করতে পারবে। এ ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট সদস্যকে আত্মসাৎকৃত সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দিতে বাধ্য করা হবে এবং সাথে সাথে তার সদস্যপদ বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।
